Do you have a store?
MIMU MAXI does not currently have a brick-and-mortar store. This means we do not have hours, or offer the option of trying on items or picking up orders.
We hope you enjoy shopping at mimumaxi.com!

Do your items go on sale?
MIMU MAXI items do not go on sale, with the exception of flash sales announced through our social media. Please follow us on Instagram so you can be a part of the fun when it happens! :)

Do you have a contact number?
MIMU MAXI does not have a contact number.
If you are having a hard time finding the answer to your question on our website, please e-mail us at info@mimumaxi.com

Do you sell gift cards?
We are currently working on adding the option to shop for a gift card.
Meanwhile, e-mail us and we will try to help you give the gift of MIMU!

Can I pre-order an item?
Unless you see an item marked "Pre-Order" on our website, we do not offer a pre-rder option. Whatever is for sale is on our website.
SHIPPING

When should I receive my package?
All orders should be recieved within 5-10 business days!

Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes! You will recieve a PayPal e-mail when your item has shipped with tracking.
If your tracking is not updating within 72 hours, it could signal an issue with your order. Please contact us!

Do you ship international?
MIMU MAXI ships worldwide.
If you don't see an option for your country, please e-mail us: we will be so excited to add it!

Do you supply return labels?
At this time, MIMU MAXI does not offer return labels. For now, our customers pay for return shipping.

How do I make an exchange?
We do not currently offer the option to exchange.
If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund and make a new order!
(Please note: Because of the quick turnaround of items in our online shop, we often suggest to customers to make an order right away, even before their refund is received.)

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer express or expedited shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the United States costs $5

RETURNS

How do I make an exchange?
We do not currently offer the option to exchange.
If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund and make a new order!
(Please note: Because of the quick turnaround of items in our online shop, we often suggest to customers to make an order right away, even before their refund is received.)

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within three weeks of purchase, on any item that has not been worn or washed and, if it came with tags, still has the tags attached.
Items will be sent back and buyer charged shipping if items are returned with stains, scents or other signs of wear.
To make a return, circle the items you're returning, place in the package and ship to our return location:

We will refund you within seven business days of receipt!

How do I make a return?
We accept returns within three weeks of purchase, on any item that has not been worn or washed and, if it came with tags, still has the tags attached.
Items will be sent back and buyer charged shipping if items are returned with stains, scents or other signs of wear.
To make a return, circle the items you're returning on the original packing slip, place in the package and ship to our return location:

Is it too late to return my item?
If it has been three weeks since you ordered your item, it is too late to make a return.
If you recieved your order late for some reason, we are flexible! Please e-mail us so we can accomadate you!

How will I be refunded?
Your returned item will be refunded via form of orginal purchase.

When can I expect to receive my refund?
We process returns within 7 days of receipt.
If you have not received your refund during this time, pelase contact us so we can make sure you recieve it!

If I live in Brooklyn, can I drop off my return?
You can drop of your return at:
Crown Heights Shipper Center

They will charge you their standard drop-off rate of $1.

If I live in Brooklyn, can I pick up my order?
MIMU MAXI does not offer the option to pick up an order.
But hey, if you live in Brooklyn it should get to you fast anyways! :)

Can I return an item at your pop-up shop?
As long as the item you wish to return will be within the three-week mark by returning it at our sale, yes we will gladly accept and process your return.
Please note: returns brought to our sales will be processed within 48 hours.

Can I exchange an item at your pop-up shop?
Absolutely! Come on by!
Please make sure the item you wish to exchange will be within the three-week mark of our return policy and that the item is in original condition!
SIZING

Is there a way to try on items in Brooklyn?
MIMU MAXI does not currently have a brick-and-mortar store and there is therefore no way to try on an item before purchasing. If you are the try-on-before-ordering type, we totally get it :) See if you can make it to a pop-up shop! Or just order and take confidence in our great return policy.

How does sizing work?
Please see our size charts for both the MIMU Frock and Skirt Leggings.
All other items, see details and order according to size. In general, for our looser items, they can be worn a size down or size up, depending on your preference.
POP-UP SHOPS

When is the next live sale?
Please view fliers for any upcoming sales on our website and Instagram.
If you don't see any information, then there is no pop-up shop planned!

Will items be on sale at your pop-up shop?
Our pop-up shops feature MIMU MAXI items at regular prices, with the possible exception of some sample sale and discounted items.

Can I make a return at your pop-up shop?
As long as the item you wish to return will be within the three-week mark by returning it at our sale, yes we will gladly accept and process your return.

All MIMU basic stretch-jersey fabrics were tested for the ultimate performance :)
While a lot of our customers throw their Skirt Leggings and Frocks in the dryer without a care and report great outcomes, we suggest taking extra precuations for the long life of your MIMUwear and air-drying your Skirt Leggings and Frock when they're out of the wash!

How do I wash my Frock?
All MIMU basic stretch-jersey fabrics were tested for the ultimate performance :)
While a lot of our customers throw their Skirt Leggings and Frocks in the dryer without a care and report great outcomes, we suggest taking extra precuations for the long life of your MIMUwear and air-drying your Skirt Leggings and Frock when they're out of the wash!

How do I wash my MIMU?
All MIMU items can be washed on cold and air-dried, unless noted on our website as DRY CLEAN ONLY.
ISSUES WITH MY ORDER

I received a damaged item.
Oh no! So sorry, that is so not cool!
Please send it back (on us!) at your earliest convenience so we can ship you out a new one as soon as possible!

I can't add an item to my cart!
If you are having a hard time adding an item to your cart and/or are recieving an error message, this means the item is sold out! Keep checking back in, as we update inventory weekly, and stay posted about whats new in stock or sold out via our Instagram!

I am having technical issues shopping online!

When are you restocking?
If there is an item you are looking for that is not online, that means we are sold out!
